We’re looking for one person to share the house with me and one other although I’m mostly away at my partner’s house. The other is a quiet, tidy, easy-going male professional.

Gas c/h, Bath and Shower, Washing machine. Fridge/freezer. Burglar alarm. Smoke alarms. TV (freesat) & DVD.

The available Room has double bed, carpet and fireplace (not in use) and view over the garden at the back.

The supplement for Bills is fixed at £21 per week. So the total payable is £325 per calendar month which includes all Bills. That’s £75 per week. Please, it’s a fair rent so no haggling.

Frequent bus (192, also runs at night) will get you to town in 8 mins or University in 5.

3 minute walk to ASDA, Lidl, shops and great outdoor Market on Stockport Road. Local shops and Post Office even closer.

Wi-fi internet and phone available at additional cost (£5/month). Or free internet at local library.

Gay friendly. Non-smokers please. No pets. More pics available on request.

The minimum contract is for 6 months, payable one month in advance. Should you then wish to stay longer it is renewable for one year at a time.
