I have 1 double bedroom available to rent in duplex apartment in the rialto building on Melbourne road/argyle Street just behind the quayside. The apartment is on the 5th and 6th floor and has 4 bedrooms; other bedrooms are shared by a mix of students and young professionals aged between 21-25 1 female and the rest male.
The apartment is very modern with a large balcony which has a very nice view of the quayside. Upstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen with washer/dryer dishwasher oven microwave etc and an adjoining lounge which also has sky!
The bedroom I’m offering has a TV aerial socket (which I have paid extra to have put in) and comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and large full length mirror also wireless internet.

Cost per month is £325 + utility bills which are paid per quarter and are shared between the houses and are usually no more than £70pm

underground secure parking is avaialble but at an added cost of £70 perm month, however it is quite easy to find a free parking space on the streets around the apartment building which is what i do now. also after christmas there will be a parking permit available to buy at £25 a year for residents to park in the area in certain parking zones
