I'm an Australian girl who is returning home mid September and is advertising a large double room in North London.
This large double room is fully furnished, bright and has a wooden floor. You would share a spacious living/dining room, kitchen, shower and seperate toilet. There is a small balcony area which gets the evening sun and extra storage room within the flat, wireless internet and a weekly cleaner for the common areas. Bills: gas, electricity, water, council tax, cleaner and internet.
You would be sharing with an Italian guy (28, professional) and Columbian guy (27, mature student). Both great people you can have a laugh with. The flat has great dynamics where you can be socialble and also enjoy time on your own.
Location is perfect: 5 mins walk from Chalk Farm station. Great transport links for all hours! Parks within walking distance, Regents Park, Primrose Hill, Hamstead Heath. The famous Camden markets, roundhouse, bars/clubs.
The monthly rent is £520 p/mth, plus bills (approx all inclusive is £620 p/mth, little over estimate!).
