Our house is a lovely, spacious, period victorian property, the room is our converted basement and has it's own access from our entrance hall, fully carpeted throughout. En-suite toilet and sink, and seperate study area. The bedroom is a large double. The room has a TV with freeview and there is a clothes rail.
The room is fully furnished c/w bed.
We have a large garden and garage, with private parking, however if you have a car you will need to park on the road outside our house to allow access for our neighbours as we both also have cars. We have space in our garage for a motorbike or suchlike.
We have a dishwasher and sky / broadband. All bills are included except phone and food obviously.
We have a cat, he's very friendly!!
Aside from the toilet and sink in the room we are offering, we have a shower room and bathroom.
