There is well equipped laundry room, a kitchen with full utilities (microwave/grill combination, dishwasher, espresso machine etc), a fully fitted bathroom, separate shower room and W/C. It also has a rear courtyard (which is excellent for sunbathing - if we ever get anymore sun).

It is well situated for travel with busses to Liverpool and Chester less than two minutes walk away and a train station 10 minutes down the road (alternatively Liverpool is a 15 minute drive by car) There are a number of excellent pubs and a green flag park - it is a second or two from the promenade (which is excellent for running or just taking a walk by the river).

With the full Sky package and broadband - staying in could be just as much fun.
