I have 2 double rooms available and am looking for 2 professionals to share my lovely home. I would like people who are friendly, honest and considerate of others and preferably over 25 years of age. All nationalities welcome. The house is 15 minutes walk from Moseley and close to all major bus routes in and out of town. There is a spare room for guests, a garden with summerhouse and a resident cat (so no allergy sufferers, I'm afraid). I also have a piano so musicians are welcome! Rent includes all bills, internet and local, national and international calls from a landline.
