My name is Felix, I am a drama student in London and am looking to rent out my room in a shared house from round about the 15th of April onwards but a week or two earlier is also possible if absolutely necessary. The current lease ends on the 19th August but can easily be extended if required.
The house is located on Cardozo road (N7),
Tube station Caledonian Road on the Piccadilly which is a 2 minute walk away. The tube or the bus (which runs from the end of the street) will take you to central London in 10/15 minutes.

The house is shared with 3 other drama students from Rada. There is a large shared kitchen (washer and dryer) and a large shared living room (TV), 2 bathrooms and a small balcony attached to the room for rent.
The room itself is furnished and has large newly fitted windows; there is internet in the house.
The price is 591 pounds a month.
