Oriona: Flat wanted in Hackney, Greater London

Looking for 1 bedroom part furnished Flat for ~ £800/month

Hello, I am looking for a one bedroom flat/ house or bedsit in the Hackney area. Furnished or unfurnished is fine as 'Mumsie' has way too much furnisher stuffed into her house, that I can relieve her of; -) I am a freelance arts professional, so work is erratic at times. I am currently on a back to work scheme following my Stroke. Baring this in mind, I am working but still get my benefits for a year while my career cements it's self. I am currently working towards a showing with a company in September, we then have a UK tour in 2012 and then an international one is planned so work is in the pipeline. I also volunteer with different companies when I am not working, so please do not think I am lazy, a scrounger or any other thing that is linked to people on benefits.

As I have said, I am on Incapacity Benefit and get housing Benefit, despite working. God bless the job centre and there stupid back to work schemes (Saying that, it is helping me out of a rut) I am a stroke surviver, so the ground or first floor would be preferable as lugging shopping etc, up stair's with one working arm, really isn't so great. I walk well, but my arm is uhh, cu-put! I have a car too so a parking space or good parking near by would be wonderful (Not essential though).

Don't think I'm asking for too much; -) Yeah right
