I have moved jobs, otherwise there is no way I would give up this flat. It's on New Parade in Worthing and you will not have seen a more impressive sea view location to rent.
The £550 pm, includes everything except electricity (i've paid roughly 15 pm for that).
It's a spacious 1 bed, with separate kitchen and bath, small balcony, newly renovated throughout 1 yr ago. This is a single person let, so no couples sorry. Also, based on the current building tenants; It is highly likely that the landlord is looking for a working/professional tenant. But this is only my opinion, worth checking with the agents.
The letting will more than likely go through Howard and Co, Worthing (Agents for the entire building and really good - as is the landlord who cares ALOT for the building). They have not yet advertised the flat and you will need to be pretty quick to get this once they do. I will be moving out this week and I expect the first official viewings to start Monday. The first person to view and be able to provide references will take this flat I guarantee it.
