I have converted some stables into two rooms, one a nice size and the other smaller, I use to run a hypnotherapy clinic there but have stopped practising… This space at the moment is a spare bedroom in the mainroom with a leather couch, armchair, double bed, tv/cable, double bed and water machine. The other room is like a waiting room, it has a fridge, table, coffee machine and chairs. There is no running water or toilet etc but there is an area outside that you could put a portable toilet if you wanted etc. The area runs alongside a paddock which has a couple of ostriches in and has its own parking area.
