No, but you can get premium privileges by doing so. Premium members have access to phone up or instant-message any member. Basic members can't see the phone numbers. Basic members can only message to premium members. Basic members can also message to other basic members on the cost of recipient. Messages from basic member to another basic member might go ignored. This happens if no party is interested enough to pay the cost.
Login and upgrade your priviledges.
Sign-up or log in, find the ad you like and type a message in the message box. Rules explained above apply. If you don't have an account, just click on contact. This will allow you to post an ad, which we forward to the other person.

Please leave a message in the issues box at the bottom of the suspicious ad. You can enclose your e-mail trail with the advertiser.

Go to your ads, click edit, then edit the details and click save at the bottom.
Go to your ads, click the green switch that says on. This will turn red and take your ad off all listings. You can still put it back on, if needed again.
When your add is off, you can also click delete forever. This will delete your ad and any related messages and uploaded pictures completely from the system. There is no undo and no additional confirmation dialog.

They are probably too big, use image editing software such as GIMP, Picasa, Photoshop or Paint to make them smaller.
Every time you edit your ad and save it, your ad will go back to the top of the listings, doing this regularly will massively improve your chances of success.
Go to your ads, click edit, scroll down, move the map marker to the correct position and click save.
At the top of every page you'll see the search box. Type in the area you're looking for and hit search. On the search results rooms will appear on the left and tenants on the right. Login to use the search options.
Upload at least 3 pictures. This will give users a better idea of you or your property. Update your ad regularly. This will keep it near the top of listings gaining you the best exposure. Actively look for rooms or tenants, don't just expect them to fall on your lap. Consider upgrading to premium membership. This gives your ad the best exposure, keeping your ad at the top of search results and enabling all members to see your contact details.
