Sylvia: Bungalow wanted in Perth

Looking for 2 bedroom unfurnished Bungalow for ~ £400/month

We are both in our 50's and we are looking to rent a country cottage with in perth-shier. this must be with in 20 miles of Dundee or angus.
at this time we are renting from a privet landlord, but the cottage has no cental heating no dubbel glassing and both the out side doors are so old that the rain comes in also when it is windy we have our curatns moveing a way from the wall''s
so after one real bad winter we need to get a home that is wind and water tiet. we live just a mile and a half out side Glamis, and we have lived in the counrty side here and in the highlands for 10 year's so we would love some thing same. we don't have pet's
we hope that if you can help it would be great, also as I am disable'd I don't have an employer, so the new landlord must accsept hosueing benefit I will have to pay toward this as well. I also have a fulltime care who live's with me and that is why we need two rooms.
