Helen: property wanted in Torquay, Devon

Looking for 1 bedroom property for ~ £350/month

I am an international teacher moving to teach in Torquay. I am looking for term time accommodation. I prefer a double room with an ensuite and a bath in my ensuite or the house. I would like to be walking distance to swimming beaches if possible with a maximum of 30 mins walk into Castle St, in Torquay. I currently do not want to look at places I need to drive to work as I like to walk.

I will be travelling back to Basingstoke on certain weekends and during holidays. I am quiet but socialble.
