Hi!

I am looking to either rent a room in a house or flat in Surbiton, or rent a two bedroom house and buddy up with one other (budget limit would then be £1100)

I am in my early 30's, sociable & independent and don't need house training :) I work as an account manager for a market research company and am looking to move closer to work. I lead a busy life, work hard in the week and enjoy music, yoga, cinema and catching up with friends in my free time. I would like somewhere with a relaxed homely atmosphere where I can share the occasional gin and tonic with a flatmate :)
