Tina-Laura: property wanted in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear

Looking for 2 bedroom part furnished property for ~ £200/month

I am looking for either a 2 bedroomed property or a double room available mid-September at the earliest for me and my boyfriend to move into.
I am 17 years old and I am studying BTEC Joint Business Management and Law at Bede Sixth Form Academy. My boyfriend has just completed a BTEC Biomedical Science course at the same Sixth Form and is hoping to go onto University to study Criminal Science.
We are looking to be paying about £75 at the most a week in rent preferrably less because I am only working as a waitress in the National Glass Centre and he only works on match days at the Stadium of Light.
