I am a student, sometimes working part time (temp work)
respectful, tidy and easy going.
my partner recently lost his job, (why we have moved out of our flat) he is able to claim DSS towards our rent until he finds work again.

However I am able to cover the rent regardless of this, so please don't let it put you off.
