Hi,

I'm a 2nd year postgrad scientist (22, female) at the Uni in Coleraine, looking to share a property with another like-minded individual.

I'm very easy going, love cooking, keeping fit + relaxing. I have a car, so need off-road parking. I also have 2 adorable pet rats (they live in a cage), so I'm looking for a property with an extra small room for them to stay/ also acting as spare room/study/exercise room - rent can reflect this.
