Liz: property wanted in London

Looking for 1 bedroom property for ~ £850/month

Hi, there

I am currently looking to rent a 1 bedroom flat/house for myself in April.
I would also consider a large studio.
I prefer London zones 1 - 3 most areas excluding East & South East London.

Must be a nice close proximity walk to bus stops or transport links.
A clean, modern and airy property with central heating and bath in shower.
I don't mind if it's unfurnished. I am looking to move earliest 1 April but pretty flexible with dates.
I can afford max £750 excluding bills
If bills are included - £850 max.

Ps I am not looking for a house share or to just rent a room.
