Jonathan: property wanted in Leeds, West Yorkshire

Looking for 1 bedroom part furnished property for ~ £300/month

I am a 36 yo male professional looking for a 1 to 2 bedroom flat or house to rent. I would have to give 1 months notice to my current landlord

I already have most of my furniture (apart from fridge, cooker and washing machine) so would require place to be unfurnished.

Ideal location, Leeds Centre, Headingley, Weetwood, Meanwood area

My budget is between 300 and 400 dependent on if any utilities are included.

Moving from my current addresss due to my landlord increasing the rent and i can no longer afford this at £495 per month.
I am a buyer for an engineering firm in Leeds and have been with the company for 4 years.
