Agne: property wanted in Guildford, Surrey

Looking for 1 bedroom fully furnished property for ~ £650/month

Hello,

We are married couple with a baby, looking to rent 1 bedroom property in West London, also we don't mind to get place for example in High Wycombe, Guildford, Denham, Bracknell, Egham, Woking and similar on that side. We are looking for a nice spacious and baby friendly apartment.
We would like to move from beginning till the end of February 2012. We are hoping to find something furnished ( could be unfurnished) for up to £750 pcm with allocated parking and be nice to have a garden. Preferably renting directly from the landlord with tenancy agreement. My husband working full time in same company for 6 years. I am currently house wife, as desided not to go back to work for other 6 month, till my baby be a bit bigger.

We promise to keep the property tidy and clean.
