Christian: property wanted in Forest Hill, Greater London

Looking for 2 bedroom property for ~ £850/month

I am currently based in York and will be moving down to London to work as a full-time researcher at Queen Mary's College, University of London. I will be moving with my girlfriend who is a postgraduate student at King's College. We are looking for a two bedroom flat or a large one bedroom flat with plenty of study space. We are tidy and responsible people and would hope our landlord to expect as much.
