Looking for property for ~ £700/month

Professional couple seek private rental of a studio/1/2 bedroom house/flat to start renting from August or September 2012 in the Canterbury area. Garden preferred but not essential. We have good references, ready deposit two months rent in advance and a guarantor if necessary. We are quiet and tidy non smokers please don't hesitate to contact us with any possible properties.
