Looking for 2 bedroom property for ~ £800/month

I’m looking to get in a place as soon as available, I’m currently working but will be going on maternity leave next year, the Dartford council have agreed to pay my full rent and council tax from when the baby is born in February and my deposit and first month's rent up front, I also have the money in cash up front for the month's in between, after maternity I intent to go back to work part time still be entitled to rent benefits. I have my dad as a grantor. I currently work in telesales earning 12, 000 a year plus com.
If needed I would pay a certain amount of months up front.
