Looking for property for ~ £700/month

Hi,

I'm Urgently looking for a Studio / 1 Bedroom Property located within the Ashford Middlesex area. Unfurnished ideally as I have all my own items.

My current Landlord has severed me my 2 months notice as due to her personal circumstances changing she no longer wishes to rent out the property… Leaving me in a right mess, I need to live within the Borough Of Spelthorne.

Within the budge of £700 pcm

I have 1 months Full deposit and 1 Months Full rent,

I can also obtain a reference from my current Estate Agents who I have been with for the past 2 and half years.

I do not have a guarantor, and I am also in receipt of Housing Benefits, which will be paid directly to the Landlord by the Local Authority to insure rent is always on time, as it has been for the past 2 and half years.

I am more than happy for any potential Landlord to come view my current address that I rent privately to inspect the way in which I treat and respect the property. To give peace of mind that I am NOT your usual Housing Benefit tenant! All I am looking for a well maintained respectable home for me to live in.

Since being in my current property I have made several home improvements; including laying a new bathroom floor, redecorating the whole flat keeping it modern and clean including all paint work, added additional storage cupboards to the kitchen, re-panelling the airing cupboard to increase additional storage, fitted the property with blinds throughout. (ALL CARRIED OUT WITH MY LANDLORDS CONSENT & APPROVAL OF COARSE)
