Al: Flat wanted in Altrincham, Greater Manchester

Looking for 1 bedroom Flat for ~ £400/month

My name is Al, 27 year old male, work in altrincham steady job for past 6 years, friendly outgoing, tidy, organised, good with money, tend to enjoy having a chilled night just watching films or playing something on my xbox, no crazy house parties, I dont smoke but dont mind others doing so, happy to furnish the place myself or have you do it.

My landlord at the moment was very reasonable, giving me 8 weeks beforehand to make arrangements, he will be renting this 4 bedroom house as a whole for £1000+ instead of just me renting off him for a fraction of that, understandable.

First month rent and deposit up to £500 waiting, happy to move in asap, anywhere from altrincham to sale, any place close by considered.

I do own 2 shorthair cats, never caused any problems, shorthaired means no fluff, they wont destroy anything and generally just sleep alot.
