Sharon: property wanted in Acock's Green, West Midlands

Looking for 3 bedroom unfurnished property for ~ £550/month

Hi I Would like to rent a 3 bed property in or surrounding the Langley school catchment area, Acocks Green, Shirley, Olton, Hall Green. long term only please. preferably with a drive/garage/some sort of parking area and rear garden (but not essential. ) At present we live above a very busy shop with late opening hours so would like to move as soon as possible.

I am a smoker but am content to smoke outside as I do now.

Must be okay with DSS

I have a very well behaved 15 year old and a litter/house trained kitten

I am looking for around £450 - £600. A Deposit can be given but I would have to wait untill my present landlord returns it.

I am able to get a reference from my present landlord if needed.
